This notice explains the project inquiry form on nillascacodelab.com.

What you send us

The form asks for your name, email address, selected service, project message, and an optional business name. Please do not include passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry details to respond, discuss the project, and prepare a proposal where appropriate. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

How the form is delivered

Inquiries are submitted to this website’s own server on Hostinger. The server sends them through authenticated Hostinger Email to the studio’s domain mailbox. We use no separate form-delivery service. If the connection is unavailable, the form shows a clear notice and does not claim your inquiry was sent. A success page appears only after the mail server accepts the inquiry.

Cookies and third-party resources

The public marketing pages do not install advertising or analytics trackers. The inquiry form uses an essential session cookie to help prevent forged submissions. For spam prevention, the server stores coded request identifiers and submission times, separate from your project message. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. The separate team portal uses its existing authentication and application services.
